Terms, in plain words.

Tensprint builds websites. These are the terms for every client.

• We build your website first and send you a private link. Looking costs nothing and asks nothing of you.
• If you want it: ₹30,000 for the website, everything on the What You Get page included for the first year from the day it goes live. Half is paid to start, half when it is live on your own web address.
• From the second year, ₹1,500 a month keeps it online and includes changes. You can stop at any time. The website and the web address are yours and go with you.
• The web address is registered in your name. If the exact name you want is taken, we find the closest one with you.
• You own everything on your website. You confirm that the photos, text and reviews you give us are yours to use.
• Changes to prices, photos, timings and text are included. A complete redesign is a new job, quoted first.
• Payments are made through Razorpay to Subodh Jathar, trading as Tensprint. An invoice follows every payment.
• Any dispute is settled under Indian law, in the courts of Maharashtra.
